Don't get me wrong, it's truly an amazing phone.

The see-through design showcases the beauty of the T-Mobile Shadow.

In our testing, call quality was consistently good in the New York City area, and the camera produced shots better than most cell phones.

Needless to say I'm disappointed as it is a very attractive phone and appeared to strike a good balance between function, size and usability (though that may all change if I don't restrain myself from smashing it against the wall).

I believe I was the first to purchase a T - Mobile Shadow and I love it. . .

Okat so i had the side kick 3 and i had way to many problems with it. the only thing that was good about the sk3 was the keypad, i just switched to the shadow and i think its wonderful. yeah every phone has its problem but i find it better then the sk3. just throwing that out there

Battery Life The battery life with WiFi was quite disappointing, so I tried to turn WiFi off.

I have never seen it while just switching screens, which is where he seems to find it most annoying.

Yup, IBM J9 is suboptimal, mostly because of the lack of real full screen, which is a real pain in the back with the J9 - unlike with Jbed.

The Zen software that I had was kind of clunky and had lots of conflicts vith various XP Pro security patches.

The Shadow itself is another story though -- it's much faster than the Dash, but the call quality is so bad that I'm returning mine.
