Flimsy physical design -- After only a week my phone already looks a year old from scratches and scuff marks even though I've been babying it. (I either keep this device by itself in my pocket or on a table. ) Already there are small but VERY NOTICEABLE SCRATCH MARKS on the screen.

Anthony's biggest complaints were battery life (with the standard battery, he didn't have an extended one to test), and the expensive data plans for smart phones.
Extended batteries are bulkier in size so they need a larger door.
If you're in a dark place and outside of the hours when the backlight is supposed to come on you'll have to go back into settings to turn it back on. Unfortunately the Blackjack II lacks a light sensor to turn the keyboard backlight on as needed or any way to adjust the brightness.

I have had the Blackjack for a few weeks now and I can definitely say that the battery life is horrible.
I don't care how it ends up working I am angry right now So I just got this stupid phone and am just now charging it after an HOUR of trying to get the stupid battery back off.
I've been using a 20GB Samsung YH-999 PMC for the past few years. . . works great, but the screen is fairly terrible and it's a bit bigger than I'd like.
