Previously we were very unhappy with the poor battery life and unstable operating system Verizon released on their network.
Oops should say why I think the Q screen is so bad: The viewing angle is so awful so see bright spots and yellows at normal angles, the colours are displayed very washed out, text is jaggy even with clear type on, pixels look big and shiny.
Does that make it a bad Smartphone?
The customer service rep informed me that the new battery (which was to replace what seems to be a defective battery) needs to charge overnight because this is the first full charge, and that from there on, it should only take 2 to 3 hours to fully charge it.
Tomorrow we will be fully “charged” for what will hopefully be a productive day with the Motorola Q, which aside from the defective battery, is proving so far to be an elegant, easy, and capable device.
